Rick is an innovator with two decades’ experience at the forefront of the digital revolution. His experience spans a wide range of organizations – from pure start-up ventures through to $80 BN global corporations – as senior executive, advisor and Board member. Some of his current clients are potential disruptors grappling with rapid growth; others are incumbents mounting their own defensive, transformational initiatives to ward off threats from disruptors. Over the last ~25 years he has guided growth and innovation strategies and programs at companies that include Adobe, American Express, D&B, Fox Home Entertainment, Microsoft, University of Michigan, and Yahoo! Rick is a New York based Partner at Oliver Wyman. Rick leads digital, innovation and growth for Oliver Wyman in North America, based in New York. He has co-authored three of OW’s flagship reports: State of Financial Services 2019: Time to Start Again; State of Financial Services 2018: The Customer Value Gap; and State of Financial Services 2017: Transforming for Future Value.
