Jackie Nugent is Assistant Vice President in the Examinations and Inspections (E&I) Department of the Supervision and Risk Management (SRM) Division of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. Her responsibilities are focused in specialty examination areas: information technology, Bank Secrecy Act / Anti-Money Laundering, and fiduciary or wealth management activities. Ms. Nugent started her career at the Federal Reserve in 2004 as a bank examiner but has since held management and leadership roles in various capacities. In recent years, Ms. Nugent was an officer in the Payment Systems Research and Strategies Division. In 2017, Ms. Nugent undertook a secondment at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, Washington D.C., focused on fintech and its implications for bank supervision, and has continued since then to support and lead Federal Reserve System efforts around fintech. In January 2018, she assumed her current role as a specialty risk officer.
