Fritz is a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, a leader in our Financial Services and Risk Management practices. For over 20 years, he has been advising financial services executives as they set strategy, achieve operational performance improvement, manage risk and build resilience, undertake organizational redesign efforts, and achieve successful mergers and acquisitions. Through a period of intense market turbulence—rapidly changing digital technologies, changing consumer behavior, and evolving regulatory frameworks—he has offered expert guidance and helped executives stay ahead of the pace of change. Strongly interested in future-looking industry strategy, Fritz has contributed to several McKinsey-published articles describing emerging dynamic and successful business models in banking and insurance. Before earning an MBA at the University of Chicago, Fritz was a graduate of the US Naval Academy. While on active duty, he served as the assistant engineer and weapons officer onboard the submarine USS Dallas.
