After holding leadership positions at Tesla, eBay, Capital One, Visa and Barclays UK, Denise now drives supplier-side growth and customer value for AvidXchange.
Denise is an expert on innovation in payments, creative relationship building and analyzing data to solve customers’ pressing problems. She has garnered extensive knowledge through both national and international global customer experience positions and played a key role in helping companies, and their customers, adopt the latest technology solutions, including going paperless, leveraging mobile, and incorporating virtual assistance.
Denise has been an active voice on managing global talent, achieving customer excellence and valuing people over the bottom line. She has been featured as a thought leader in key media outlets including CNBC, Forbes.com, The Guardian, Security Today and others.
Denise joined AvidXchange from Tesla, where she led Global Customer Experience for the brand’s Automotive and Energy Businesses. Prior to Tesla, she led Global Customer Experience for North America and Europe at eBay and developed deep commercial payments, product, and customer management skills through roles at First Data, Capital One, Visa, and Barclays UK.
Denise is an advisory board member for the Women Tech Council and received the Customer Excellence Award at the 2015 Women Tech Awards for her work at eBay.
Denise received a B.A. in Communications from Western State Colorado University.
