Chris Feeney is EVP of the Bank Policy Institute and President of BITS, the technology policy division of BPI, where he collaborates with the largest financial institutions, regulators and policymakers to promote effective cybersecurity and operating practices for our industry. He is a frequent speaker on innovation, technology/operating policy, cybersecurity and risk management practices.
Mr. Feeney’s prior experience includes roles in executive management, technology, business/sales management and operations at software companies and financial firms. He previously served as CIO at LPL Financial and has held other executive roles at Thomson Financial, Telerate, Bank of America and Broadridge Financial.
Mr. Feeney is currently a Board and Operating Manager of fTLD Registry Services, a Board and Executive Committee Member of Sheltered Harbor and is Acting Vice Chairman of the Financial Services Sector Coordinating Council. Mr. Feeney was recently a Board Advisor at Quovo and a Board Director and Risk Committee Chair at Scottrade, Inc. and Scottrade Bank, prior to their sales. He is a National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Governance Fellow.
