Mr. Horan was an attorney with JPMorgan Chase & Co. (1990 – 2018) and served as Corporate Secretary (1996 – 2016). He was Vice Chair and later Co-Chair of The Clearing House Association Bank Governance Committee (2015 - 2018). Prior to that, Mr. Horan served on the NYSE Proxy Fees Advisory Committee (2010 - 2013) and was President of the New York chapter of the Society for Corporate Governance. He was a member of the Corporate Governance Coordinating Committee of The Business Roundtable that developed the BRT’s Statement on Corporate Governance (1997), and represented the BRT in the development of the OECD’s Principles of Corporate Governance (1999) and in OECD reviews of the Principles (2003). He is currently a volunteer attorney for the Veterans Project of the New York Legal Assistance Group. Mr. Horan holds a J.D. from Yale Law School.
